Instagram contest – #Roulette-game

The contest is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but Dental Direkt GmbH, Industriezentrum 106-108, 32139 Spenge, as the operator of the dental_direkt_gmbh Instagram account (for short: “organizer”). The information provided will only be used for the purpose of the contest. You may only participate in the contest if you meet the conditions listed here. By taking part, the participant expressly acknowledges these conditions of participation. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or end the contest at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons for this.
The contest will start on 06/02/2020 at 3:00 p.m. and end on Sunday the 08/02/2020 at 23:59 p.m.
You can register for the contest by posting a screenshot of the DD Bio ZW iso color in the comment field under the Roulette-Game Post of the Dental Direkt GmbH Instagram account.
Images that violate the Instagram guidelines, German law, our rules of etiquette and/or the copyright will be removed without prior notice. The participant will then also be excluded from the draw.
The prize draw will take place after the end of the implementation period in camera. You need to have your profile set to public in order to be able to participate in the draw! Profiles that are set to private will not be taken into account when deciding the winner, as the possibility of contacting you if you win is not guaranteed.
Only persons who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate.
If you win, the respective product can only be sent to you if the product is certified in the country you are living in!
The winners will be informed via Direct Message on Instagram. Winners must send their contact details and address via Direct Message to the Dental Direkt GmbH Instagram account or by e-mail to marketing [at] dentaldirekt.de (marketing[at]dentaldirekt[dot]de) within 5 working days of being notified of winning. If the winners fail to confirm acceptance of the prize during this time, their entitlement to the prize will be forfeited without substitution. We will then pick a substitute winner according to the same procedure. There is no obligation to accept the prize.
If the personal data of the participants is collected during the course of the contest, it will be collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the contest and deleted after the contest has ended. The participant expressly agrees to this. The participant is entitled to revoke this consent at any time. It is the participant’s own responsibility to ensure that the data they have submitted is correct and complete.
The pictures sent in by any of the participants may be used during the contest for the Dental Direkt GmbH Facebook page as well as the Instagram page. The picture sent in by the winner may be used for the Dental Direkt GmbH Instagram page as well as the Facebook page.

The personal data of the participants will be used and collected by the organizer in compliance with data protection regulations. You can revoke your consent at any time by deleting the corresponding post. By doing so, the participant declares at the same time that they no longer wish to take part in the contest.

The judges’ decision is final.
