DD phoeniX

For perfect sintering results

Despite careful consideration of all important aspects of the laboratory process, discoloration and contamination of the objects may occur. A frequent reason for this are oxidic from the heating elements and their deposition in the furnace chamber. Due to its special granulation, the DD phoeniX cleaning powder has a very reactive surface, which attracts the oxides in the furnace chamber and binds them permanently. Thus supports efficiently the cleaning process.

Important note: 

Among the high-temperature furnaces for dental use mainly furnaces with heating elements made of molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) are affected by oxidic precipitation and discoloration. The sintering furnaces available from Dental Direkt heat with siliciumcarbide heating elements (SiC). Discoloration or contamination are not caused by SiC heating elements.
